Hallo - zu Beginn der Hinweis darauf, dass ich absolute Linux-Anfängerin bin und mir natürlich kräftig was zerschossen hab!
Ich habe einen Acer Aspire One und da ich mit linpus überhaupt nicht klar kam, habe ich seit wenigen Tagen Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04.1 drauf.
Nach einigen Anlaufschwierigkeiten funkt nun Wlan und das Mikro und auch sonst alles ganz nett, bis auf die Tatsache, dass ich mein mobiles Internet (ZTE MF628 USB Stick Modem und yesss) nicht zum Laufen gebracht habe. Also habe ich nächtelang Foren durchforstet und bin hier (http://www.eeepc.de/thema-2715-UMTS_USB_Stick_ZTE_MF628_fuer_Xandros_(OEsterrreich).html) fündig geworden. ich hab unter anderem den hier verwendeten usbserial.ko einfach über meinen vorhandenen kopiert und nicht daran gedacht eine Sicherungskopie zu machen.
Und jetzt geht's natürlich ned, weil ich "übersehen" habe, dass es um den eePC und um Xandros geht (jaja, ich weiss, aber das tut mir mehr weh als euch!)
Wie komme ich nun zu einem funtkionstüchtigen usbserial.ko?

Übrigens habe ich natürlich peinlich genau euren Anweisungen zu UMTSMON gefolgt, aber ich fürchte halt mit meiner kaputten usbserial.ko komm ich da auch nicht weiter zumindest lässt es sich nicht aufrufen
